The 2024 seedling sale has begun! Promote TREES and TREE PLANTING! Seedlings may be distributed to schoolchildren and other Arbor Day/Earth Day participants. The seedling gifts may be part of a ceremony or presentation that promotes Arbor Day, Earth Day, and the value of trees to people and the environment. The seedling order deadline is April 12, 2024.  The seedlings must be delivered by May 3rd to avoid damage from extreme temperatures during shipping. Baystate Roads is offering Work Zone Safety sessions in West Stockbridge, Paxton, and Chicopee this October and November. This session reviews the general considerations for planning and installing temporary traffic control. Participants will discuss the needs and methods for inspecting and maintaining temporary traffic control. Find out more at Baystate Roads.
