SETWAA Scholarships

Southeast Tree Wardens awarded its first scholarship was in 1965, for $100.00. Since that time, thousands of dollars have been awarded, some in the name of the association, others to honor August ‘Gus’ Dube, Jr. and in memory of Leslie V. Hebert and Paul E. West.

Students interested in applying should contact their academic advisor and submit the scholarship application by January 15th. The application is the same one found at http://masstreewardens.org/scholarships/. Scholarship checks are presented at the UMass Amherst Tree Conference in March of each year.
